Guest Lecture: ROLA MUSIC – Insights into Music Agency

ROLA MUSIC is a globally operating music agency with a strong focus on tour booking, public relations, digital marketing, promotion, music management and artist development. The company was founded in 2010 in Vienna by Dominik Schmidt. From the very beginning, the agency specialized equally in PR and booking and has continuously developed its profile in both areas. Today, the core business and strength of ROLA MUSIC lies in tour booking, public relations, digital marketing, promotion, music management and long-term artist development. The agency works in an open-minded, efficient and transparent way, always with strong attention to the individual needs of each artist and client.

Dominik Schmidt will visit VMI to share insights into his professional journey, his daily work within the music industry and the structures behind a modern music agency. He is looking forward to engaging in an open discussion with our music students, answering questions and talking about career paths, industry realities and opportunities within the field. This is a great chance to gain first-hand industry knowledge and connect directly with an experienced music professional.
