Über die Veranstaltung

September 25, 2025 · 14:00–18:00 · Room R10

On this afternoon, Nikola Materne invites all vocal students who wish to refine and strengthen their emotional expression in singing. Through exercises from acting and voice pedagogy, participants will explore body movement, facial expression, gestures, imagination, and storytelling to achieve convincing and moving song interpretations. Alongside group exercises, each student will receive individual coaching in a masterclass setting, with others observing and learning.

Please prepare two songs (originals or covers) that you can sing by heart. Bring printed lyrics and a karaoke/playback version, preferably on a USB stick.

Format and Organization

On the first day, up to six students can actively participate, and on the second day up to four. Additional students are welcome to join as observers. The masterclass includes shared activities such as warm-ups and a Q&A session, while the main focus is on individual coachings, observation, and exchange. Students may register for one or both days.

Registration required!
